CORPORATE OPTIONS

Your business relies on people.  Happy people do a better job.  We can help you make your employees and their families happy by developing high quality, fun, safe, educational childcare options that meet their scheduling needs.  Beginning with a needs assessment, we will work closely with you to develop a program or program’s for your employee parents, which may include some or all of the following.  Such as Non-traditional Care, Priority or Guaranteed Access, Back Up Care, Childcare Tuition Discounts, and Subsidy Management Programs.  We also provide After School Programs and Summer Programs the other two most common challenges facing working parents.  Other corporate programs are also available as outlined below.

 At every Playcare location we guarantee our experienced teachers and staff provide a warm, nurturing environment where children can participate in safe, fun developmentally appropriate activities giving your employees peace of mind so they can focus on business.

 Priority Access

As a corporate partner your employees will be given Priority Access and will move to the front of any waiting list and have first choice of any spaces available in any Playcare center.  The enrollment fee will be waived for all of your employees.

 Guaranteed Access

Your company may purchase slots at 20% off the posted price.  This will ensure that there is space available for your employees with no wait, no hassle and no problem.  The state of Oklahoma has a licensed capacity rule and we can never have more children in the building than our licensed capacity.  Each child occupies a slot.  You would be ensuring that we would have slots available for your employees for the days and times you specify.  This would be especially helpful for insurance that a slot would be available for back up care or on Saturdays when other child care options might not be available.

 Back Up Care

Your company employees would be eligible for a 10% discount but they must call ahead to ensure that there are slots available.  Of course we would give the Priority Access and move them to the front of the waiting list but no assurance can be made that there would be space at that time.

Tuition Discounts

Your company employees would be eligible for a 10% discount off our posted price for a full or part time program plus a $5 prepay discount if paid on Monday for the week to follow.  If more than 10 families from your company enroll in a program they will receive a 15% discount off our posted full and part time programs plus the $5 discount for paying on Monday for the week to follow.  If your company agrees to corporate pay or payroll deduct you will be entitled to a 20% discount on a full or part time program.

Subsidy Management

This program combines a childcare tuition discount provided by Playcare with a subsidy provided by employers, thus further reducing the cost of childcare for your employees.  Subsidies can improve the consistency and quality of care children receive by enabling parents to afford stable and higher quality childcare arrangements.

School Age Care

Playcare offers before and after school care at all of the Smart Start centers as well at our school age only center the Lawton School-Age Clubhouse.  Summer day camp is available for school age children at the Lawton School-Age Clubhouse Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  All discounts apply here as well.

 Summer Programs

Shortly after spring break if not during spring break every working parent starts to worry about their school-age children and what they will be doing during the summer while the parents are at work.  Playcare has solved this problem with their 3 Star, Nationally Accredited School-Age building on five acres of land for running and playing as well as planned field trips.

On Site/Near Site Care

Playcare’s team of professionals will help you meet your company’s specific needs and the needs of your employee’s families.  We will work with you to develop the right plan for your employees from the beginning and manage everything for you from start to finish.  We will prepare and administer a needs assessment and do a complete site analysis.  We will provide you with a center design, cost analysis and return on investment analysis.  We can provide you with complete site management and operational assistance.  Whatever option you choose your center would be managed and operated by the same experienced, professional Playcare staff who make our other Smart Start centers the quality nationally accredited facilities that have become so popular and successful.
