Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Smart Start #4.  My name is Tiffany Medrano and I am the Center Director.  I have more than 15 years of experience in early education and child care.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology and an Associate in Applied Science in Early Care and Education Administration.  I am also certified thru the state of Oklahoma to teach Pre-K-3 and 6-12th grade.

Part of what I love about being a director is the relationships that I have built with our families throughout the years….it is so much more than just director and parent.  I treat everyone as an extension of my family and have worked hard to create a warm environment.

Here at Smart Start #4, we offer an excellent curriculum for infants thru Pre-K.  We also are involved in the Lawton Public School Pre-K collaboration, by offering full day Pre-K.  We strive to create a welcoming environment and are proud of our open door policy; where families can stop in any time and visit with their child or ask questions.  Many of our teachers have been with us for over a year or more, so you can be sure that everyone at our center is committed to our families.
