Thank you for considering a position at Playcare for your career. In order to provide the quality early childhood education that our children deserve, we require that you return the following items with your completed application

** Applications are accepted Monday-Friday from  10:00am-2:00pm

** Applicants may apply at 1416 W Gore Blvd Suite 5.

** Applicants will need to bring:

1.  An OSBI Background check.  It will cost you $20. You will not be considered for a position until there is a clean OSBI check.

2. If you have not lived in Oklahoma over 3 years you will need a background check from your previous state.  Go to:

 WWW.DOJ.STATE.WI.US/DLES/CIB/SCLIST.APS

and find your state's contact.  You must have a clean background check from your state before we can send for your OSBI.

3.  Driver's license or state picture ID.

4.  Social security card.

5.  High school diploma or GED.

6.  College Transcript / CDA / CCP.

7.  3 letters of character reference from non-family members.

8.  Any training certificates that may pertain to child care. (ex.: CPR, First Aid, Food-handlers card, Child care workshops or clases, etc.) 

 When all items are returned  and all required background checks have been received you will be called for an interview as positions that you are qualified for become available.  Feel free to call us at the Playcare, Inc, main office if you need assistance or clarification at 580-355-0814.
